Create a QR Code That Opens Your PDF or Catalog
A printed brochure, menu or product card has limited room for full documents. A PDF QR gives readers a route to a hosted file from a single scan. QRFino's PDF preset accepts a web link; it does not upload or host your PDF. Place the file on a storage service you control, set sharing for the intended audience and paste the URL into the builder. The QR is generated in your browser. The file host controls access and availability. Avoid public QR codes for confidential documents, and test the link from a device that is not signed into your account.
Create QR CodeHow to Generate Your QR Code
Step 1: Fill in the details
A public or appropriately shared web URL to the PDF document.
Step 2: Customize and review privacy
Review the information before creating the code. The shared builder supports logo upload, Small 4 cm, Medium 5 cm and Large 7 cm sticker sizes, and a tagline where that field is offered. Hide phone number is available only for supported presets. Keep personal or confidential details out of public-facing codes. The inspected builder generates QR images in the browser; ordinary site and third-party resource requests can still process connection data.
Step 3: Download and print
Use the available PNG, SVG or PDF download, or print from your browser. Choose A4 in the print dialog if that option is available. Scan-test the final output on a phone before producing a batch. For outdoor use, choose water-resistant stock and keep the code unobstructed.
Why Use QRFino for This QR?
The PDF QR tool is free and requires no account. It encodes the URL you provide rather than storing or uploading the PDF itself, and QR image generation happens in your browser. The QR pattern has no expiry timer, but the document URL may stop working if the file is moved, deleted or restricted. A shared link may be accessible to anyone who scans it, depending on the host's permissions. QRFino does not manage the PDF. Preview the document, check sharing in a private session, scan-test the print and keep a replacement QR ready if the link changes.
The inspected website generates codes in the browser and does not submit these form fields to a QRFino application API. Hosting providers and third-party resources may process normal connection information. Some QR types encode data directly; others depend on QRFino or an external destination. Check the destination behavior before printing.
