Create a Digital Menu QR Code for Your Cafe
A cafe may already have a PDF menu and need a simple way to make it available at a table. The Digital Menu preset encodes a link to that document; it does not host or upload the PDF. Upload the menu to a file service you control, set sharing for customers and paste the URL into the builder. The QR code is generated in your browser. Your file host controls access and availability. Check that the PDF opens on mobile without asking for a staff login. Do not use a public QR for private documents. Keep a text or printed menu available for guests who cannot scan.
Create QR CodeHow to Generate Your QR Code
Step 1: Fill in the details
A public or appropriately shared link to the current PDF menu.
Step 2: Customize and review privacy
Review the information before creating the code. The shared builder supports logo upload, Small 4 cm, Medium 5 cm and Large 7 cm sticker sizes, and a tagline where that field is offered. Hide phone number is available only for supported presets. Keep personal or confidential details out of public-facing codes. The inspected builder generates QR images in the browser; ordinary site and third-party resource requests can still process connection data.
Step 3: Download and print
Use the available PNG, SVG or PDF download, or print from your browser. Choose A4 in the print dialog if that option is available. Scan-test the final output on a phone before producing a batch. For outdoor use, choose water-resistant stock and keep the code unobstructed.
Why Use QRFino for This QR?
This preset is useful when a cafe wants customers to view a PDF menu without typing a long file address. The QR is generated locally and supports logo upload and preview. The code points directly to the PDF URL you provide, not to a QRFino menu editor. File access and availability remain with your chosen host. The QR itself has no expiration timer, though a moved file or changed permissions can break it. If the menu URL changes, print a new code or use a stable link you control. This tool does not take orders or process payments.
The inspected website generates codes in the browser and does not submit these form fields to a QRFino application API. Hosting providers and third-party resources may process normal connection information. Some QR types encode data directly; others depend on QRFino or an external destination. Check the destination behavior before printing.
