Create a vCard QR Code for Your Digital Business Card
Exchanging contact details one field at a time can slow down a meeting. A vCard QR stores contact information in a format many phone cameras can recognize and offer to save. Add a name and phone number, with optional email, company, job title, website, second number, address, LinkedIn, Instagram and note fields. The QR is generated in your browser; the inspected code does not submit those details to a QRFino app backend. This preset creates a contact payload rather than a hosted profile page. Still, its details are visible to anyone who scans it. Include only public business information and test how different phones handle the contact card.
Create QR CodeHow to Generate Your QR Code
Step 1: Fill in the details
Name, phone, optional email, company and title, website, second number, address, LinkedIn, Instagram and note.
Step 2: Customize and review privacy
Review the information before creating the code. The shared builder supports logo upload, Small 4 cm, Medium 5 cm and Large 7 cm sticker sizes, and a tagline where that field is offered. Hide phone number is available only for supported presets. Keep personal or confidential details out of public-facing codes. The inspected builder generates QR images in the browser; ordinary site and third-party resource requests can still process connection data.
Step 3: Download and print
Use the available PNG, SVG or PDF download, or print from your browser. Choose A4 in the print dialog if that option is available. Scan-test the final output on a phone before producing a batch. For outdoor use, choose water-resistant stock and keep the code unobstructed.
Why Use QRFino for This QR?
The vCard preset makes it easier for a customer or colleague to save business details. It is free without an account, generates the contact QR in your browser and supports logo upload. Unlike a hosted digital-card service, this preset encodes the vCard payload itself and does not need a QRFino profile page to show the contact. Printed copies become outdated if your number, title or email changes. Some phones display a save-contact prompt; others handle fields differently. Test the exact QR on devices your audience uses and remove any details you do not want to share. A vCard QR does not provide analytics or automatic editing.
The inspected website generates codes in the browser and does not submit these form fields to a QRFino application API. Hosting providers and third-party resources may process normal connection information. Some QR types encode data directly; others depend on QRFino or an external destination. Check the destination behavior before printing.
